Nettle leaf is rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamins a,b,c,d,e, folate, iron and manganese, which makes hair stronger. Nettle blocks dht which is a hormone produced by testosterone that when overproduced can cause thinning and hair loss. When too much dht is in the body is can shorten the hair growth cycle and hair follicles may shrink.
HOW TO USE
Twice a week: Part hair to expose the scalp & apply a small amount of oil to scalp, massage oils into scalp with fingers and pull oils to ends of hair strands. Leave in and style as desired.
Hot oil treatments: Apply oil to damp hair that has been shampoo'd and conditioned starting from ends to roots.
Then apply a plastic cap and sit under dryer for 15- 20 mins. Rinse out then style as desired.
